Hydropal 120 - A new concept in concentrated waterbased technology

Hydropal 120 is a new generation waterbased system of 73 super concentrated matt tinters in a modified acrylic binder that allows for the creation of solid, metallic, pearl, waterbased topcoats, with the addition of a water based specific binder. The highly concentrated nature of the tinters means that Hydropal 120 is highly efficient and offers exceptional covering power. It is also very safe to use and is so compact that the whole system can be transported in convenient Smart boxes.

The Hydropal system also benefits from an innovative new colour identification system that is very easy to update and can match any vehicle colour and shade quickly and with great accuracy. The range also includes formulations for most motorcycle colours.

Hydropal 120 is available as a complete mixing system for bodyshops including computerised colour identification, smart mixing scales, a full set of colour swatches, a complete range of tinters binders and ancillaries and a heated storage cabinet. This can be an important consideration for many bodyshops as waterbased products require careful storage at a constant temperature. The heated cabinet therefore offers convenient and safe storage for the complete Hydropal system.

The system is also available in a compact Smart Box format suitable for mobile repairers. The Hydropal Smart Box System is comprised of two cartons, containing one of each tinter and each binder. This allows the user to reproduce some 40.000 car colour shades, in metallic, pearl, and solid colours in any location.
